The flashlight is dangerously bright. I accidently hit one of my eyes with just the halo glow that is around the main beam and I couldn't see anything but a green blob for about 5 minutes. I could only imagine what the main beam would do to someones vision. The quality is amazing and the light is amazing white, almost like flourescent white. I would recommend this light to anyone that needs to light up the night, whether it be Military (like me), Law Enforcement, or Fire Search and Rescue.

The MKII is unbelieveably bright. I was impressed right from the start. I have a Surefire and thought it was the best thing since sliced bread until now. The only problem I had and it was purely me was changing from tactical to regular mode. Clicking the on/off switch 20-21 times to change modes is awkward but the brightness of the light far outweighs any problems I have experienced.
