Jetbeam RRT-21 is specially designed for Military, Law Enforcement, Self-defense, Hunting, Search& Rescue and Outdoorsman. Incorporating with high-efficient CREE XLM LED, the light reaches 460 lumens output. It retains the traditional Rapid Response Tactical Ring design while adds in a new Infinite Adjustable Brightness Technology.  Now with a quick twist of the tactical ring, a user can select any intensity between 460 lumens and 3 lumens, as well as the quick random frequency strobe.
