Return Policy:
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return it. Please notify us by phone (512-258-6649) or email (support@longhorntactical.com) within 15 days of order delivery for return authorization. Please also pay attention to following details when you send back the return.

  • Please review contents of the order after receiving. If there are any issues/damage(s) to your order, please contact us immediately and we will resolve the issue for you.
  • Returned items must be the same item in the same condition as originally shipped.
  • Any items that have been modified, welded or soldered are not eligible for return.
  • If the items utilized our free shipping option, the original shipping cost will be deducted from your total refund amount. Any non-defective returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee unless waived by our customer service agent.
  • Items that are purchased as a set have to be returned as a set to qualify for a full refund. Any items missing from the set or package will be deducted from your total refund amount.
  • For returns with promotion code or discounts, the refunded price will be adjusted accordingly to the discount given.

Longhorn Tactical is proudly an authorized distributor for Olight, Nitecore, NCstar and Ontarget manufacturers. We handle all warranty services of the products we sell on behalf of our suppliers.

If you have purchased from us and are in need of warranty service, please contact us by phone or email. We will need you to provide us your warranty card number and a valid purchase invoice or receipt from Longhorn Tactical. We will follow the service protocol set by the manufacturer on servicing a product. You can view each manufacturers warranty protocol below.
