Returns and Warranties
We stand behind our products
Returns: If a purchase does not meet your satisfaction for any reason, you are welcome to return it. You must notify us of your desire to return your purchase within 15 days. You can either call us or email us to obtain return information, or you can come to our gun show stand by checking our show schedule. Returned items must be the same item in the same condition as originally shipped. Products which have been modified, welded or soldered are not eligible for return. If the item was shipped with our free shipping option, the shipping cost will be deducted. 15% restocking fee will be charged on any non-defective returns unless waived by our customer service agent.
Warranty: Longhorn Tactical is the Autherized distributor for Jetbeam, Olight, ITP, Nitecore, Lumintop and Ontarget manufacturers. We handle all warranty services of the products we sell on behalf of our suppliers. Customers will contact us for warranty service by providing their warranty card number and a valid purchase invoice or receipt from Longhorn Tactical. We will follow the service protocol set by the manufacturer on servicing a product.
