This sucker is bright! A concentrated circle in the middle , with plenty of ‘spill’. It lights up the whole house. I would imagine it has quite a long throw. Laser is bright as well. I got the green laser, I’ve heard they are brighter and produce a larger “Dotâ€, although I have nothing to compare it to. The overall construction of the unit seems top notch , feels very well made. Light activation buttons feel great, very solid and a nice rubberized grip to them (ambidextrous) . The Lever that locks the light onto the rail is also very solid , feels very secure. Battery Compartment snaps closed very snug . I like the selector switch with on the bottom light , laser or both. All buttons are in the perfect spot to hit easily with a normal hand grip when installed. Laser will require some dialing in as it is clearly off, but that is to be expected, and can be done easily with an Allen key (while installed) . Very happy , didn’t break the bank, fast shipping.
